Meet Candra Ojeda, Psychotherapist
You don’t have to carry this all on your own.
I’m a Clinical Professional Counselor-Intern based in Summerlin, Las Vegas, offering therapy for individuals and couples navigating life’s challenges. Whether you’re working through trauma, grief, anxiety, or relationship difficulties, my goal is to support you in healing, reconnecting with your inner strengths, and creating meaningful change.
With a Bachelor’s in History and Psychology from the University of Houston and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lamar University, I bring a deep understanding of the human experience. My clinical training includes Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS) parts work, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), DBT-informed care, and mindfulness-based and somatic practices. I use an integrative, trauma-informed approach tailored to your unique needs, drawing from evidence-based modalities to help you move forward with clarity and self-compassion.
During my internship in a Las Vegas group private practice, I gained firsthand experience supporting the diverse mental health needs of our community. I’m passionate about helping individuals and couples thrive by creating a safe, affirming space where you feel supported and empowered.
In therapy, you bring your lived experience, your resilience, and your story. I offer a nonjudgmental presence, clinical tools, and a collaborative relationship to help you explore patterns, process emotions, and take steps toward the life you want to build. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you—gently, intentionally, and with compassion.
