I believe you are the expert on your own life. In our work together, I create a space where you feel seen, heard, and accepted just as you are. My humanistic approach is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and deep respect for your unique experiences. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, we explore your story, your values, and the strengths that already exist within you.
This approach is collaborative and supportive. I will walk alongside you as you gain insight, reconnect with your sense of purpose, and learn to navigate life with more clarity and self-compassion.
Whether you are dealing with anxiety, trauma, grief, or relationship challenges, our sessions will focus on you as a whole person. Together we work toward meaningful change based on your goals and at a pace that feels right for you.

What Is Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)?
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) is a structured, evidence-based approach that helps individuals, couples, and families better understand their emotional experiences and strengthen their relationships. At its core, EFT focuses on how emotions shape our patterns of connection, disconnection, and vulnerability.
Many of us have learned to suppress or avoid emotions—especially the difficult ones like fear, sadness, or shame. EFT helps you slow down and safely explore these emotions in a supportive environment so you can begin to understand what they’re really trying to tell you.
Through this process, you can start to:
Identify and express your needs more clearly
Break out of cycles of conflict or emotional distance
Heal attachment wounds and restore trust
Develop deeper, more secure relationships—with others and with yourself
EFT is rooted in attachment theory, which means we look at how your early relationships may have shaped how you respond in your current relationships. Whether you’re feeling stuck in patterns with a partner, disconnected from your emotions, or overwhelmed by the fear of being rejected or abandoned, EFT can guide you toward more fulfilling, secure, and emotionally connected experiences.
In our work together, I’ll help you explore your emotional world with curiosity and compassion. Together, we’ll make space for your most authentic self to emerge—because healing happens when we feel seen, safe, and supported.

What Is Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy?
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a powerful, compassionate approach to therapy that helps you understand and heal the different parts of yourself. You might notice, for example, that one part of you wants to move forward and take risks, while another part feels scared and holds you back. IFS sees these inner conflicts not as flaws, but as natural and protective responses to your life experiences.
In IFS, we explore your internal world as if it were made up of a “family” of parts—each with its own voice, emotions, and purpose. These parts might include:
A people-pleasing part that tries to keep everyone happy
A critical part that pushes you to be perfect
A wounded part that carries deep sadness, fear, or shame
A protective part that keeps you numb, distracted, or shut down
Through this work, we begin to understand these parts with curiosity rather than judgment. We learn that even the parts of us that cause pain are often trying to help in their own way. And beneath all these parts is your core Self—a calm, wise, and compassionate inner presence that can guide your healing.
IFS helps you:
Build self-awareness and inner connection
Reduce emotional reactivity and self-sabotaging patterns
Heal wounds from past experiences or trauma
Cultivate more self-compassion, confidence, and balance
Whether you feel overwhelmed by inner conflict, struggle with self-worth, or just want to better understand yourself, IFS can help you build a more peaceful and empowered relationship with yourself.
Integrative Approach
Here’s what we’ll do together
Therapy can help you gain clarity, build resilience, and create lasting positive change in your life.
Therapy can help you gain clarity by providing a space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Together, we’ll uncover patterns and beliefs that may be holding you back, allowing you to understand yourself more deeply and make empowered choices. With greater self-awareness, you can start to see new paths forward, even through life’s most challenging situations. In our work together, I use an integrative approach, adjusting techniques to meet your unique needs. You’ll build resilience and develop lasting tools for positive change. Therapy isn’t just about managing symptoms, it’s about equipping you with coping strategies, emotional skills, and a strong sense of self that can support you long after our sessions end. No matter what you’re facing, therapy offers a pathway to healing and growth that can transform your relationship with yourself and the world around you.
What we’ll work on
Imagine a life where…
Your relationships feel supportive, fulfilling, and grounded in trust.
Work doesn’t feel overwhelming or draining, but instead aligns with your values and strengths.
You’re connected to yourself and able to honor your needs, emotions, and boundaries.
Your past no longer defines you, allowing you to move forward with confidence and peace.
