Your first step will be a 30-minute consultation where we’ll talk about what you’d like to work on and explore any patterns or challenges you’ve been noticing. You’ll also complete some paperwork to give me a clearer picture of your situation and needs. I’ll answer any questions so you feel comfortable and informed about the process. We’ll also discuss how many sessions may be helpful for your goals Many people find 4 to 6 sessions to be a good starting point.
In ongoing sessions, you’ll be guided into a calm and relaxed state using gentle breathing and visualization techniques. You’ll remain fully aware and in control throughout. You might notice new insights or a sense of release, but the process is always gentle and paced according to your comfort. Each session is tailored to your goals, and I’ll check in with you regularly to ensure you feel safe and supported.

That said, hypnotherapy is not a good fit for someone who is unwilling to follow basic directions or intentionally resists the process. It’s most effective when you’re open to the experience, able to follow simple guidance, and genuinely interested in creating change. If you’re not ready or willing to engage, hypnotherapy likely won’t be effective—and that’s okay. Everyone’s healing journey is different, and I’m here to support you in finding what works best for you.

For best results, hypnotherapy is usually done in a series of sessions. After your consultation, I’ll recommend how many may be most helpful for you, often around 4 to 6 sessions.

Packages are paid in advance so your sessions are reserved and you can fully commit to the process. Many clients find that having their sessions set up in advance helps them stay consistent and experience deeper, lasting results.
